Alexander "Bane" Fahey first attended a 1-2-1 session with us over four years ago, shortly after he was released from Everton FC. After a short time with Bane, it was clear to see his passion and devotion to the position, attending multiple 1-2-1 sessions a week for around six to eight months before he was provided with an opportunity within Blackpool FC, where he was initially awarded a one-year contract, and still plays his football to this day.

Dexter Maguire
Dexter commenced his 1-2-1 sessions with us at the mid-point of 2022 after leaving Oldham a short time beforehand. It was evident that Dexter was eager to progress and develop, asking a multitude of questions during our sessions to solidify his understanding and relate to match-realistic scenarios of when he had or should have used the coaching points provided within that session. Following a four-month period of regular 1-2-1 sessions, Dexter was awarded his opportunity at Stockport County FC.

Josh commenced his time with JB1 at the back end of 2021 following his trial with Everton FC, which, unfortunately, didn't flourish any further. Josh has an advantageous player profile, standing close to five foot seven at just 12 years of age. Josh's technical and tactical understanding of the game is impressive for such a young age. It was a pleasure to facilitate Josh a trial at Manchester United FC, which led to his opportunity within the Development Centre. ​
Josh is eager to progress and develop with all sessions he attends, which I believe will lead to further opportunities within the academy system if desired.
Alex first attended her 1-2-1 session with us at the start of 2020. Alex was regularly playing at a grass-roots level, several years above, and often on the boy's side of the game. Alex progressed quickly, attending multiple 1-2-1 and group sessions per month. We zoned in specifically on Alex's technical detail while constantly relating back to a match realistic phase of play to ensure her decision-making was also evolving.
During her time with Everton FC, Alex regularly attended St James's Park, England's and the Lioneness's home of football, where she continued her development as a player.

Weekly Attendees
All of our sessions are planned and tailored to you as an individual or group, depending on the format of the session you are attending. We offer; 1-2-1 sessions, group sessions and holiday sessions during the school breaks. Our coaches always plan with you in mind, ensuring the topic, coaching points, and format is relevant to your strengths, areas of development and learning type. We believe the most tailored your session is, the more effective your time with us will be.
Our most sought-after session format is, without a doubt, our 1-2-1s. A combination of specific feedback, all of our coach's attention and, inevitably, a higher element of tailored information makes our 1-2-1 sessions extremely popular. We are consistently attempting to branch out and expand into new geographical areas and, in turn, increase our availability. Please contact our friendly support team to enquire about our 1-2-1 availability.
All of our group and holiday sessions are solely between three age groups and capped at a maximum of six goalkeepers per session. We ensure these attributes to guarantee a standard within the session, and pairing two drastically different age groups or having additional goalkeepers can have a counter-productive effect on the session. Our coaches find that group and holiday sessions have a great social background to them, most likely due to the increase in numbers, which is a direct link to the high enjoyment for all attending goalkeepers.

As previously mentioned, all our staff are credited with their UEFA B coaching badge, DBS check, safeguarding and first-aid qualifications.
